Originally from the Philippines, Pauline has been pursuing her studies in Dunedin, where she uncovered a deep passion for microbiology, environmental sciences, sports, hiking, plants, and the fascinating role of fungi in shaping our world. Dunedin has evolved into her beloved home, thanks to the unwavering love and support she has received from the Nations community.
Caring for children has always brought her joy, a sentiment rooted in her upbringing within a large family. Since 2018, Pauline has been an integral part of the Nations Kids team, where she has had the privilege of witnessing children develop their faith identities. Together with her team, they are dedicated to creating a purposeful and enjoyable environment. Currently, she is actively involved in supporting the faith journey of the Year 6 and Ups groups, with a shared goal of nurturing meaningful connections while collectively living out their faith.

Arriving from India four years ago to pursue a Master's degree, Josh became part of Nations Church in late 2021. Professionally, Josh regularly engages with young people and derives immense joy from building connections and relationships with them.
Nations had a profound impact on Josh's faith journey, driving his decision to serve in the Youth Team. This role allows him to blend his passion with a commitment to giving back to the Church and the wider community. Josh's deep love for sports and general knowledge infuses the Youth Group's activities. He aspires to create a safe and inclusive space for youth to learn, build relationships, and have fun. Amid societal changes, Josh firmly believes that everyone is welcome in God's House and aims to cultivate the same inclusive atmosphere within the Youth Group.
